Support
Support
Email support for your PastePile account, billing and product questions. Support is not an incident-response service.
On this page
PastePile Labs LLC owns and operates PastePile. We operate online and provide support by email.
Where to write
For account, billing or product issues: hello@pastepile.com. Include the affected feature, the approximate time and a case reference when relevant. Do not send raw incident evidence by email. If you are not sure which address to use, this is the one.
If you accidentally submitted restricted material, stop further uploads and optional disclosures. Send only the workspace, case or artifact reference and a safe description of the restriction. Do not attach the material or sensitive screenshots; we will determine the appropriate handling route.
For a security vulnerability: security@pastepile.com. Please include enough detail to reproduce it.
How quickly
No guaranteed response time or support SLA is offered on this page. If a problem prevents you from working, describe that in the subject line and include the approximate time and action.
Do not rely on this mailbox for round-the-clock monitoring or urgent incident containment. Use your organization's incident-response process for an active security incident.
The feedback box in the app
Every signed-in page carries a Feedback button in the top bar, beside your account menu. It does not send an email or open a ticket, so it is the right place for "this screen is confusing" and the wrong place for "I am locked out". If you need an answer, write to hello@pastepile.com instead. What the box stores and how it is processed is described in Privacy; describe evidence rather than pasting it.
What to include
- The case reference, C-0001, rather than a screenshot of it, if the problem is with a case.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- For a parser problem: which format, which console the export came from, and whether PastePile named the parser that failed. It usually does.
- Please do not paste evidence into an email. Describe it, or name the case it is in.
Service status
The status page checks API/database readiness from your browser and states which components it cannot verify. A passing readiness check does not prove that analysis, PDF exports, storage or optional providers are working. If a specific action fails, contact support with its details.
What support covers
PastePile support covers the application: your account, billing and product questions. For an active security incident, follow your organization's incident-response process. Support does not review your environment on your behalf, and PastePile is not a SIEM, an EDR or a managed detection service: it does not monitor anything and does not prevent breaches. PastePile states what the evidence you supplied supports and names what it does not establish; the decision stays yours.
