Partner evaluation license
A managed service provider that wants to evaluate NEMUQU at the scale it would use with its clients can ask for a time-limited evaluation license. It is granted individually, it has a fixed end date, and it is not a free plan.

What the license is
- The limits of one of the published plans, for one organization, for a fixed period. No limits exist for partners that are not on the pricing page.
- Granted by NEMUQU staff, never self-service. There is no button or form in the product that grants one.
- Dated. Every license has an end date, at most 365 days after it starts, and ends on that date without anyone having to act.
- Labeled. While it applies, the application shows "Partner evaluation license until" and the date, and the organization's audit log records when it was granted and when it ended.
- One at a time. Continuing after the end date needs a new grant, decided again.
When it ends
The organization returns to whatever plan it holds itself: a subscription it started, or no plan. Cases are not deleted on the end date. The longer retention window the license lent is held for a grace period, the same one a canceled subscription gets, so there is time to export or subscribe; the Retention settings pane shows the date. After it, the plan's own retention window applies.
Usage by client
An owner can see, under Settings, Usage, how many cases, files and bytes each client accounted for in a month. It is read from the organization's own records, so an MSP can price its own clients. It is not billing: nothing in it is charged, and client names are not sent to the payment processor or anyone else.
What this is not
Not a reseller or referral program, not a discount, and not a certification or listing. Published plans and prices are on Pricing; a license does not change them.
How to ask
Use the MSP pilot inquiry and say you are asking about a partner evaluation license. Describe your practice and the evidence your team works with; do not include client details or incident content.
