Make a privacy request
Ask PastePile Labs LLC for access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to how it is used. A person reads every request and answers within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.

What happens next
- You receive an email with a confirmation link. It proves the address is yours and expires after 72 hours.
- When you confirm, you see a reference and the date your answer is due, 30 days later. The same details are emailed to you.
- Before disclosing or removing account data, we confirm your identity and, for organization data, your authority. We may ask for more information; we never ask for your password.
- We answer by email. If we need longer where the law allows it, or cannot do what you ask, we say why.
Whose data is it?
For your account, billing and security records, PastePile Labs LLC decides how the data is used and answers your request directly.
Evidence an organization uploads (logs, email, exports) belongs to that organization, which decides what happens to it. If your request is about data in someone else's evidence, we pass it to that organization and help it respond. We cannot search every organization's evidence for a person.
What deletion can and cannot remove
Some records outlast an account by design: audit history (at least 400 days), agreement records (six years) and backup copies until their scheduled removal. Data retention lists them. We tell you which apply when we answer.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our answer, reply to it and we will review it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
