Master services agreements, service level agreements, security addenda and order forms are not offered yet. Every subscription is under the Terms of Service. NEMUQU makes no uptime commitment. To discuss a larger evaluation, see the MSP pilot.
Full agreement texts
The Terms and Privacy pages summarize the approved texts. The exact approved versions are presented in full, as plain text, when you create an account or are asked to accept a new version. To receive a copy of the versions your organization accepted, write to support@nemuqu.com. Approved versions are never edited after approval: a change is a new version with its own date.
Formal notices
Formal legal notices go to the postal address given in the Terms, with a copy by email. For everything else, including privacy requests and support, use the routes on Support and Make a privacy request.
